3. Description of the Service

Sapiens is an online tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to write a personalized course from a topic and an audience: a syllabus, and a full lesson for each of its modules. Users can keep their courses in a library, refine them, export them to PDF or EPUB, and send them to their Kindle.

4. Subscriptions and Usage Rights

By purchasing a subscription, the user obtains the right to use the tool under the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Usage rights are limited to the active subscription period and to the specific terms of each contracted plan.

4.1 Fair Use Policy

Subscription plans that include course and lesson generation with Artificial Intelligence are subject to a fair use policy. This policy is designed to guarantee a quality service for all users and to prevent abuse of the system.

Fair use is understood as use corresponding to the personal or individual use of the account holder. The following are not permitted:

  • Sharing access credentials with third parties

  • Using the Service to generate content on behalf of third parties on a mass scale

  • Using automated systems (bots) to generate content

  • Reselling or redistributing access to the Service

Sapiens reserves the right to temporarily or permanently limit access to the Service if it detects usage patterns that exceed the expected fair use.
